Senior Portraits by Doug Forner Photography
You didn't have any control over what photography company your high school chose for your senior yearbook pictures. But you DO have control over who does your “Senior Portraits”.
Did you know?
You don't have to settle for the same boring, cheesy photos everyone else is settling for. You don't have to spend one cent on the yearbook photographer’s portrait packages. You can get senior portraits you love at half the price the yearbook photographer charges. Plus, you'll look like YOU--not like the person next to you in the yearbook!
How are we different?
There's no rush, with Doug Forner Photography. You don't have to hop off the stool because your 15 minutes are up. During our session of 45 minutes or so, you actually have fun--relax, be casual. It’s like your own personalized modeling session—you’re the star! And if you have some place special you want to go for your portraits, we'll go! The yearbook's guy won't do that!
Don't even BOTHER to ask the yearbook photographer about cool special effects. And if you want your signature on your senior wallets, you can only get your name printed in the corner -- in the same font as everybody else. The yearbook photographer can’t turn your mom's favorite pose into a calendar for her desk or dream up a creative photo cover for a spiral notebook to show off in class. And he certainly doesn't have time to custom-design a "senior composite portrait" with your top 5 favorite shots on ONE print. He doesn’t do any of that stuff, because he's busy photographing the seniors at the NEXT school!
At Doug Forner Photography, we’re all about YOU. You bring the clothes that you look GREAT in! You show off that brand new class ring (without having to prop your chin on your fist to do it!) YOU bring the football, the lacrosse stick, the trumpet, the cheerleader uniform. You hang out the window of your car. You bring along that extra special "someone" to get in a picture with you (even if that "someone" is your dog. Or your horse...)
The portraits will turn out beautiful -- and we might even put you in our Senior Album on our MySpace (myspace.com/dougfornerphotography). The yearbook guy doesn’t do that!

FAQ's
Q: How does the senior portrait program work? Our basic portrait session costs $19.95, before tax. It includes 2 elements: the photo shoot of up to 45 minutes in as many as 3 outfits in up to four on-location posing spots (location shoots involving significant travel cost extra), and your digital "previews". You will also receive a list of our reprint packages and other great ideas for displaying your senior portraits.
Q: My yearbook has a special senior section in the back. What a great idea! When you use Doug Forner Photography, all you have to do is tell us which poses you want for your Senior Section and we'll gladly send the digital files to the school, for FREE!
Q: What about pets? We love pets! A pet is limited to just one of your poses and we reserve the right to say “yes" or "no" ahead of time (and you’ll need to let us know ahead of time!) If you bring a pet, a responsible third person must come to tend it.
Q: How can I get more information? Fill out the contact form or give us a call. We’ll be happy to send you our price list, showing our great deals compared to your yearbook photographer. And when we schedule your session, we’ll send you all the information you need for great Senior Portraits!
Q. Do you use “Senior Ambassadors”? We’re glad you asked! We’re always looking for ambassadors, but we’re very selective and we may already have the students we need at your school. Also, participants must understand that the “Senior Ambassador” program isn’t just a way to get free portraits—it’s an agreement you would maketo represent Doug Forner Photography at school, showing everyone how much better your Senior Portraits are, than plain old yearbook pictures! You’d be expected to show results. In return, you’d get great senior portraits and an opportunity to earn cool bonuses, like photo notebooks, locker posters, models comp cards and a bunch of other stuff to show off! If you’re involved in lots of school activities, if you’ve got tons of friends, if you’re good at “spreading the word” and if you want to find out more, send us the contact form and write Senior Ambassador in the “Type of Photography” box. |
